- 12 ounces hot water (about 355ml)
Instructions
- Boil your water and let it sit for about 30 seconds to cool slightly, reaching approximately 200°F (93°C).
- Measure out 4 tablespoons (about 28g) of your favorite coarse coffee grounds.
- Pour the hot water over the coffee grounds in the French press and give it a gentle stir. Place the lid on top and let it steep for about 4 minutes.
- Press down the plunger slowly to separate the coffee grounds from the liquid.
- Pour the brewed coffee into your favorite mug and enjoy.
Notes
Use freshly roasted coffee for the best flavor. Experiment with different non-dairy milk and spices for unique variations.
