- 1 lb Fresh Carrots (sliced into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 lb Green Beans (trimmed)
- 3 tbsp Pure Honey
- 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep the vegetables by washing and slicing the carrots and trimming the green beans.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the carrots for about 5 minutes.
- Add the green beans and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Drizzle honey over the sautéed vegetables, stirring to coat them evenly, and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve warm.
