- 1 cup Whole Grain Flour
- 1 cup Grated Cheese
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Water
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the whole grain flour, grated cheese, and salt. Stir to mix the dry ingredients.
- Add the olive oil and water to the mixture, and combine until a dough forms.
- On a floured surface, roll the dough out to about 1/8 inch thickness and cut into squares or desired shapes.
- Place the cut shapes onto a lined baking sheet and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes or until golden and crisp. Allow to cool.
