Ingredients

  • 1 cup Whole Grain Flour
  • 1 cup Grated Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole grain flour, grated cheese, and salt. Stir to mix the dry ingredients.
  3. Add the olive oil and water to the mixture, and combine until a dough forms.
  4. On a floured surface, roll the dough out to about 1/8 inch thickness and cut into squares or desired shapes.
  5. Place the cut shapes onto a lined baking sheet and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes or until golden and crisp. Allow to cool.
