Ingredients
1 cup warm filtered water
1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar (optional)
1–2 slices fresh ginger (optional)
1/2 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients:
Combine warm filtered water with Himalayan pink salt and stir until fully dissolved. Add lemon juice and apple cider vinegar. Optionally, include ginger slices and raw honey.
- Drink fresh:
Sip slowly on an empty stomach, ideally 30 minutes before breakfast, coffee, or exercise, to support digestion and reduce bloating.
Notes
Use only pure Himalayan pink salt. Avoid using boiling water to preserve lemon enzymes. Drink fresh each morning for best results.
