Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the eggs in a large bowl; incorporate the cooked lean protein, mixed veggies, and cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and desired seasonings.
- Pour the mixture into greased muffin tins or freezer-safe bowls and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the egg is set.
Notes
These bowls can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months. Reheat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes when ready to eat.
