Instructions

  1. In a bowl, dissolve the sugar in warm water. Add the yeast and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and mixed herbs. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil.
  3. Mix until a dough forms, then knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm area for about 30 minutes.
