- 5 large lettuce leaves
- Dipping sauce (hoisin or peanut sauce) to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the vegetables by washing and julienning the cucumbers, bell peppers, and carrots.
- Soften the rice paper wrapper by soaking it in warm water for about 10 seconds until pliable.
- Assemble the rolls by placing the softened wrapper on a clean surface and laying a small amount of each filling in the bottom third. Fold the sides and roll tightly.
