Instructions
- Combine olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper to whisk together marinade for the chicken.
- Coat the chicken breast with marinade, ensuring all parts are properly coated, and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill or pan-cook the marinated chicken over medium heat until fully cooked, about 6 to 7 minutes on each side, until the juices run clear.
- Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly for the tacos.
- Warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave, enough to make them pliable.
