Instructions
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 3-5 minutes.
- Combine chopped broccoli, cheese, eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture into the heated skillet, spreading it evenly.
- Cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Add your desired toppings on top of the pizza.
- Cover the skillet to melt the cheese.
- Slice the pizza into wedges and serve hot.
Notes
Finely chop broccoli for a better crust. You can swap almond flour with gluten-free flour if needed.
