- 1 package Oreo Cookies
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- Green Candy Melts, as needed
- Red Candy Melts, as needed
- Sprinkles (optional), as desired
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until finely ground.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies with softened cream cheese until well blended.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the green candy melts according to package instructions.
- Dip each Oreo ball into the melted green candy melts until fully coated.
- Melt the red candy melts and drizzle over the green-coated truffles.
- Add sprinkles if desired, and let the truffles sit at room temperature until the coating hardens.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge, where they will last about a week.
