- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Toppings of choice (chopped nuts, chocolate chips, fruit) as desired
Instructions
- Combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Mix well until smooth.
- Line a baking dish or tray with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and spread it evenly. Top with desired toppings.
- Place in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours until solid. Cut into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!
Notes
These bites can be customized with different toppings and flavors. For a vegan option, replace Greek yogurt with plant-based yogurt and use maple syrup instead of honey.
