  • 1 cup Tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup Quinoa or rice (optional, cooked)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by mixing olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat the chicken breasts and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill or oven. Grill or bake the marinated chicken until cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
