- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt until well combined and smooth.
- Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each ball with the back of a fork in a crisscross pattern.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden. Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
Notes
For unique variations, consider adding chocolate chips or using almond butter. These cookies can also be made into ice cream sandwiches.
