Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and drizzle the lemon-garlic mixture evenly over each fillet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fillets flake easily with a fork.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired before serving.
