Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes until evenly browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add green beans and bell pepper, stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Pour in the sweet Thai chili sauce and soy sauce, stir to coat, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
Notes
This stir fry is customizable with any vegetables or proteins you have on hand. For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with tofu.
