Ingredients
1 lb chicken breasts, cut into cubes
4-5 small or medium potatoes, cubed
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp minced garlic
Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Dried parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prep the potatoes: Wash, peel, and cube the potatoes. Toss them with olive oil.
- Cook the potatoes: Air fry at 400°F for 20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Prepare the chicken: Cut chicken into cubes and season with paprika, onion powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Cook in butter until golden.
- Combine and finish: Add the potatoes to the skillet with the chicken. Stir in Parmesan garlic sauce and top with mozzarella. Let the cheese melt or broil for 2-3 minutes.

For the best flavor, serve immediately and garnish with fresh parsley. Pair with a salad or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
