- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (thyme or rosemary)

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sourdough starter, warm water, olive oil, minced garlic, and chopped herbs. Stir until evenly mixed.
- Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until a rough dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough into a greased bowl, cover it, and allow it to rise for about 4 to 6 hours or until it has doubled in size.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- After the rising time, shape the dough into a round loaf and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Allow it to rise again for 30 minutes.
- Score the top of the bread with a sharp knife before baking.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and hollow when tapped. Cool before slicing.
