Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the plain Greek yogurt, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cocoa powder, almond flour, and salt.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into the lined pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until set, then cool completely in the pan for 1 hour before slicing.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, use certified gluten-free oats or flour. For a vegan option, replace eggs with flax eggs and use plant-based yogurt.
