Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine Greek yogurt and honey in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Dip each strawberry into the yogurt mixture, ensuring they are completely coated.
- Freeze the strawberries for at least 1 hour until the yogurt is set.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each strawberry in the melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet.
- Freeze again until the chocolate is firm, approximately 30 minutes.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, use fresh, ripe strawberries. You can substitute maple syrup for honey if desired.
