Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken thighs/breasts
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, combine the rice, chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, chopped onion, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly mixed.
  3. Arrange the chicken on top of the rice mixture. Season with extra salt and pepper if desired.
  4. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
  5. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
