- 4 pieces chicken thighs/breasts
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large baking dish, combine the rice, chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, chopped onion, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly mixed.
- Arrange the chicken on top of the rice mixture. Season with extra salt and pepper if desired.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
