  • 1 lb fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, then sauté the chopped onions, bell peppers, and minced garlic until soft.
  3. Add shrimp along with Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook until shrimp turn pink.
  4. In a bowl, mix heavy cream and cheddar cheese until combined.
  5. Place pie crust in a pie dish and fill it with the sautéed shrimp and vegetable mixture.
  6. Pour the cream and cheese mixture evenly over the shrimp.
  7. Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until the pie is set and the crust is golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving; garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, use heavy coconut milk instead of heavy cream. Experiment with seasonings for added flavor.
