- 1 pie crust
- 1 lb fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped

- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, then sauté the chopped onions, bell peppers, and minced garlic until soft.
- Add shrimp along with Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook until shrimp turn pink.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream and cheddar cheese until combined.
- Place pie crust in a pie dish and fill it with the sautéed shrimp and vegetable mixture.
- Pour the cream and cheese mixture evenly over the shrimp.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until the pie is set and the crust is golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving; garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, use heavy coconut milk instead of heavy cream. Experiment with seasonings for added flavor.
