Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a baking dish by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice, blending until smooth.
- Allow the biscuit base to cool before spreading the cream cheese mixture evenly over it.
- Slice the strawberries, kiwis, and mangos, and arrange them atop the cream layer.
- Transfer the baking dish to the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours.
- Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
