- 1 Baguette, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the sliced baguette on a baking sheet, ensuring that the pieces do not overlap. Brush each piece with olive oil.
- Toast the baguette slices in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, balsamic vinegar, and remaining olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Once the baguette slices have slightly cooled, spoon the fresh tomato mixture on top and serve immediately.
