Instructions
- Brew the Earl Grey tea by boiling water and steeping the tea leaves or bags for 3 to 5 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, gently heat the milk over medium heat without boiling. Stir in the vanilla extract and honey until well combined. Use a frother for a café-style finish if desired.
- Pour the brewed tea into a cup and add the warm milk mixture. Stir gently and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg.
