- 2 shots Espresso
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Milk
- 1 tbsp Chocolate Sauce (for drizzling)
- 1 tbsp Caramel Sauce (for drizzling)
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Syrup
- 1 cup Ice Cubes
- 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
- Whipped Cream (for topping, to taste)
Instructions
- Brew two shots of espresso, ensuring it’s strong enough to balance with the sweetness of the chocolate milk.
- In a blender, combine the brewed espresso, chocolate milk, ice cubes, xanthan gum, and vanilla syrup. Blend until smooth to achieve a thick consistency.
- Drizzle chocolate and caramel sauce inside the serving glass. Pour in the blended mixture carefully, creating swirls and patterns.
- Top with whipped cream and drizzle additional sauce for that signature look. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, substitute chocolate milk with almond milk or coconut milk. You can also use low-sugar versions of the sauces. Try adding a pinch of cinnamon for added flavor.
