Description

Dolly’s Chicken And Stuffing Casserole is a cozy Southern-inspired dish with tender shredded chicken, creamy soup, stuffing mix, and baked cheesy goodness. Perfect for busy weeknights or make-ahead meals.

Ingredients

Scale

4 cups cooked, shredded chicken

1 package stuffing mix

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, stuffing mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Stir until everything is evenly coated.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Optionally, add garlic powder or dried herbs.

Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.

If desired, sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.

Bake for about 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbling.

Let it cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.

To reheat, bake at 350°F until warmed through.

Optional: top with crispy onions or crushed crackers for extra texture.
