- 1 package Ritz crackers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup dill pickles, diced
- 1 tsp dill weed
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with diced dill pickles and dill weed until well blended.
- Take a Ritz cracker and spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture onto it. Top with another Ritz cracker, creating a sandwich.
- Repeat the process until all your ingredients are used up. Place the assembled bites in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to chill and firm up before serving.
Notes
These bites can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator. For a lighter option, use low-fat cream cheese. Gluten-free crackers can also be swapped in for a gluten-free version.
