- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water

- Let the Dough Rise: Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Notes
You can prepare the pizza ahead of time, letting it rise overnight in the refrigerator before baking it fresh the next day.
