Instructions
- Toss together the chopped tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, and thinly sliced onion in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the vinegar, sugar, salt, cracked pepper, water, and olive oil in a separate bowl or jar until fully combined.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and gently toss to coat.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15-20 minutes before serving.
Notes
Chill for enhanced flavor. Swap vinegar for lemon juice for a different taste.
