Description
This cucumber and pineapple detox juice is refreshing, anti-inflammatory, and easy to make in under 5 minutes. Perfect for a gentle gut reset.
Ingredients
1 large pineapple
1 large cucumber
2 inches fresh ginger (or 1/4 tsp ginger powder)
2 inches turmeric root (or 1/4 tsp turmeric powder)
2 cups cold water
Instructions
Peel the pineapple and cut into chunks. Slice the cucumber into large pieces.
Add pineapple, cucumber, ginger, turmeric, and water to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
Strain using a fine mesh or cheesecloth for a clear juice, or leave the pulp for more fiber.
Serve over ice with mint if desired.
Notes
For best results, use fresh turmeric and ginger. Juice can be stored for up to 48 hours in the fridge.
