- 2 large Cucumbers
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
- Thinly slice the cucumbers to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the cucumber slices and sprinkle with ranch seasoning, tossing until well coated.
- Arrange the cucumber slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 2-3 hours, or until crispy, checking periodically.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before enjoying.
