- 4 1/2 cups Chopped cooked chicken
- 4 oz Cream cheese
- 1 cup Cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 1 (10.5 oz) can Unsalted cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Dried onion powder
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- 5 Tbsp Butter, melted
Instructions
- Place the chopped cooked chicken at the bottom of your slow cooker.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder and mix well.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken, spreading it evenly.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 240-360 minutes until bubbly.
- Mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter, then sprinkle the mixture over the casserole.
- Cover and let it cook on low or warm for an additional 10 minutes to crisp the topping.
- Serve hot and enjoy your delicious meal!
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream and use low-fat cream cheese.
