This Crockpot Million Dollar Chicken is an easy and irresistible meal that combines shredded chicken with a creamy blend of cheeses and a crunchy topping.

Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 cups Chopped cooked chicken
  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can Unsalted cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Dried onion powder
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 5 Tbsp Butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Place the chopped cooked chicken at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder and mix well.
  3. Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken, spreading it evenly.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 240-360 minutes until bubbly.
  5. Mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter, then sprinkle the mixture over the casserole.
  6. Cover and let it cook on low or warm for an additional 10 minutes to crisp the topping.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious meal!

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream and use low-fat cream cheese.
