Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Pour the 5 cups of milk into the crockpot. Add the entire can of sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Sprinkle in the 1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips and sift in the 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder.
