- 4 Large Potatoes

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Boil the potatoes until tender, about 15–20 minutes, then drain and mash in a bowl.
- Mix in the cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls.
- Roll each ball in breadcrumbs, coating thoroughly.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet and drizzle with garlic butter.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve hot as a snack or appetizer, optionally with dipping sauce.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, substitute breadcrumbs with crushed cornflakes or gluten-free breadcrumbs. Pair with ranch dressing or marinara sauce for an added flavor experience.
