Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Steam your potatoes until fork-tender, about 15 to 20 minutes. Allow them to cool slightly.
  2. Mash the potatoes until smooth and mix in salt, black pepper, and cornstarch to create a soft dough.
  3. Divide the dough into portions of about 20g each and roll into small balls, placing them on a parchment-lined baking tray. Brush lightly with oil.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for about 30 minutes until golden and crispy.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, substitute cornstarch with potato flour. Experiment with different spices and herbs for variety.
