- 110 g honey
- 1.5 tsp hot sauce
- 0.75 tsp chili flakes
- 500 g chicken breasts
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp onion powder
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp dried oregano
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper
- 35 g plain flour
- 2 large eggs

- 6 to 8 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions
- Prepare the hot honey mixture by combining honey, hot sauce, and chili flakes. Warm slightly and set aside.
- Slice chicken breasts horizontally to create cutlets. Mix paprika, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, black pepper, and cayenne; divide this mixture between flour and Panko breadcrumbs.

- Preheat broiler, place cutlets on a baking sheet, top with feta, and broil for 1 to 2 minutes until cheese melts.
- Drizzle with hot honey mixture and serve immediately.
Notes
Consider serving with roasted vegetables or in sliders for a fun twist. Adjust the amount of hot sauce according to spice tolerance.
