- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup bell peppers, cut into chunks
- 1 cup onion, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal), as needed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Add the bite-sized chicken pieces to the bowl, coating them in the marinade; let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare vegetables by cutting bell peppers and onions into chunks.
- Thread the chicken and vegetables onto skewers, alternating for a colorful display.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the skewers on it.
- Bake the skewers in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Cool slightly before serving; enjoy hot or as appetizers.
Notes
