- 500 g Asparagus
- 1 packet Puff pastry
- 100 g Cream cheese
- 6 slices Prosciutto
- 8-9 TL Parmesan cheese
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 - 2 tsp Oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash the green asparagus thoroughly and trim the woody ends. Cut them into pieces about 5 cm long.
- Unroll your puff pastry on parchment paper and cut it into six equal squares.
- Spread 1-2 tablespoons of cream cheese into the center of each pastry square. Layer with a slice of prosciutto and asparagus pieces. Sprinkle approximately 1 teaspoon of grated Parmesan on top and season with salt and pepper.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling to form a pocket. Preheat your air fryer to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Brush the tops with egg wash and sprinkle with extra Parmesan if desired. Cook for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
These pockets can be prepared ahead of time and are perfect for parties. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
