- 4 slices white bread
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp chili sauce
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Boil the eggs for 10-12 minutes until fully cooked, then peel and mash them until smooth or chunky.
- In a bowl, mix the mashed eggs with mayonnaise and chili sauce until creamy.
- Spread the egg salad onto one slice of bread and top with another slice to create a sandwich.
- Coat the sandwich in flour, dip it in beaten egg, and cover with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a skillet and fry the sandwich until golden brown, turning occasionally. Drain on paper towels.
Notes
Can be made gluten-free using alternative bread. Consider adding chopped pickles or fresh herbs for extra flavor.
