Ingredients

  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • Slider buns, as needed
  • Lettuce leaves, as needed
  • Sliced tomatoes, as needed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a breading station with flour in one bowl, a beaten egg in another, and breadcrumbs in the last.
  3. Season chicken tenders with salt and pepper, then coat with flour, dip in egg, and cover in breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the breaded chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, substitute all-purpose flour with almond flour. You can also modify the bang bang sauce for different heat levels.
