- 1 pound Chicken tenders
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 large Egg
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- Slider buns, as needed
- Lettuce leaves, as needed
- Sliced tomatoes, as needed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up a breading station with flour in one bowl, a beaten egg in another, and breadcrumbs in the last.
- Season chicken tenders with salt and pepper, then coat with flour, dip in egg, and cover in breadcrumbs.
- Place the breaded chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, substitute all-purpose flour with almond flour. You can also modify the bang bang sauce for different heat levels.
