Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, almond flour, eggs, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper. Stir until incorporated.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a greased baking sheet and shape into rounds. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute eggs with flaxseed meal mixed with water or unsweetened applesauce. Serve with dips like ranch dressing or homemade tartar sauce for added flavor.
