- 1 loaf Brioche bread
- 8 ounces Fresh tuna, diced
- 1 ounce Caviar
- 1 Lime, juiced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- Handful of Chives, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and slice the brioche into bite-sized pieces.
- Lay the brioche slices on a baking sheet and toast them for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- In a medium bowl, combine diced tuna, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper; mix gently.
- Once the brioche is ready, spoon a generous amount of the tuna mixture onto each piece.
- Top each bite with caviar and chopped chives for garnish.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free brioche. Customize flavors by adding avocado or sriracha.
