  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • Salt, to taste

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Handful of Chives, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and slice the brioche into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Lay the brioche slices on a baking sheet and toast them for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine diced tuna, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper; mix gently.
  4. Once the brioche is ready, spoon a generous amount of the tuna mixture onto each piece.
  5. Top each bite with caviar and chopped chives for garnish.

Notes
