Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, dip into the egg wash, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle each piece with olive oil.
  5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. While baking, mix honey and hot sauce in a small bowl.
  7. Drizzle the hot honey mixture over the chicken before serving.
