- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 370°F for about 3 minutes.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, milk, garlic powder, and salt until smooth.
- Dip cauliflower florets in the batter, shake off excess, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the battered cauliflower wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 12 to 14 minutes at 370°F, flipping halfway through.
- In a saucepan, heat neutral oil and sauté garlic and ginger for 1-2 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sriracha, stirring to combine.
- Mix cornstarch with water, add to the saucepan, and simmer until thickened.
- Toss cooked wings in the warm sauce and serve hot.
