Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 370°F for about 3 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, milk, garlic powder, and salt until smooth.
  3. Dip cauliflower florets in the batter, shake off excess, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Arrange the battered cauliflower wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 12 to 14 minutes at 370°F, flipping halfway through.
  6. In a saucepan, heat neutral oil and sauté garlic and ginger for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Add soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sriracha, stirring to combine.
  8. Mix cornstarch with water, add to the saucepan, and simmer until thickened.
  9. Toss cooked wings in the warm sauce and serve hot.
