Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, beef broth, and taco seasoning to the pot. Stir well.
  3. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer and cook for about 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Heat through for an additional 5 minutes.
