- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 4 medium Potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Cream
- Salt, to taste

- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 cup Cheese, shredded (optional)
- Parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain off any excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent, about five minutes.
- Add the diced potatoes, beef broth, salt, pepper, and paprika. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in the milk and cream, bringing back to a gentle simmer.
- If using, add cheese and stir until melted.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
