- 4 cloves Garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prep the lobster tails by cutting the shells down the center.
- Melt unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium heat, add minced garlic, and cook until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and zest, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Brush the garlic lemon butter over the lobster meat and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until fully cooked and opaque. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

You can substitute with shrimp or scallops for variation. Make sure to use high-quality lobster for the best flavor.
