Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and cut into 4-inch squares.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each square, fold the pastry over, and seal the edges.
- Arrange on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
- For the sauce, warm heavy cream and chicken broth in a saucepan, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle the sauce over the baked chicken pillows before serving.
