- 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup Shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (parsley or thyme) for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts into the crockpot.
- Blend the cream cheese, chicken broth, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Shred the chicken and mix in the shredded cheese. Season to taste and serve hot with herbs.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute cream cheese with Greek yogurt. This dish is great for meal prep!
