This Crockpot Keto Chicken is a creamy, flavorful low-carb meal perfect for busy nights.

Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or thyme) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts into the crockpot.
  2. Blend the cream cheese, chicken broth, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Shred the chicken and mix in the shredded cheese. Season to taste and serve hot with herbs.
