Instructions
- Rinse cranberries thoroughly, discarding any stems or blemished berries.
- Cut the orange into quarters and remove any seeds.
- In a food processor, combine cranberries, orange quarters (including the peel), and sugar. Pulse until finely chopped but chunky.
- If using, stir in walnuts for added crunch.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving to let flavors meld.
Notes
For a fresh twist, add chopped mint or basil. This relish pairs excellently with turkey, ham, and cheese platters.
